After this spurs win, 20 of the 21 games have been won on home court in the playoffs, which means the spurs have less than 5% chance of advancing, sorry not my idea but intriguing nonetheless.

These 20 pt blowouts were done on purpose to build up overconfident hornets.

most teams do not even face game 7 after being down 0-2
throw the stats out the window
as long as spurs attack and joe crawford is not the ref
you should come out with the w
then maybe the spurs will be mentioned in the same breath as the lakers

Actually, we're one of only two teams playing in game 7, I'm thinking it's more of a 50-50 thing.

hahahahaha....hahahaha

if you think like that...you obviously arent Einstein ...its only my guess

its true that chance is better...but 50-50? arent you overreacting again after a easy give away win?

its more like 75-25 ...about there...for hornets offcourse

That's just like the guy I saw at the horse track who called his buddy and said the 6 horse has been winning all night. ......like the 6 horse winning at Hollywood has anything to do with the 6 winning at Retama!

Einstein? You're clearly no Pythagoras either.

We're as likely to win as we to lose. 50-50.

it is not less than 5%. If you throw a coin 5 times and ...
never mind, just be assured that is more than 5%

weird playoffs, HCA is dominant advantage, even for the Spurs.

you expect it for lesser teams, but not the Spurs.

Stats are wortless when each team is 1 win away from advancing to the next round.

Game 7 is a toss up.

it is not 50-50, there should be a factor for the home team.
I was wondering how did you reach the 82-12

i didnt reach it...just a wild guess...why round up the numbers always??

i agre it ISNT 95-5.....spurs are experiences...and hornets are young and will get nervous

so it isnt 95-5!

but it is far from 50-50 as well...hahaha

lets say 80-20 and end discussion...its probably around there

If David West is healthy for Game 7 NOH will win.

Spurs fans have to know deep down their gameplan doesn't travel to NO. If the Hornets can keep the Spurs shooting 3's and long jumpers I'd be extremely surprised if they lose. All they need is for SAS to go on one of their typical droughts and they will blow the game wide open again.

Seriously why does the NBA even bother playing games? Why not just give the title to the team who will have HCA throughout? :rolleyes

ok, it is a guess then.
well, I don't know how to calculate a realistic number either, my guess is that is closer to 60-40.
but I do know that 20/21 (5%) is wrong. cavs being unable to win at boston doesn't affect this series
50-50 is wrong also, each game is independent but home court should affect somehow.

let's just stop posting numbers that means shit and lets wait for game seven.
after all, even a team with 1% chance can still win a game

It's a shame the Lakers can't win in Utah because if the series goes 7 games that final game is played in Utah........oh wait.

The Lakers have been competitive in Utah (overtime in Game 4). The Spurs haven't even come remotely close to doing that in this series (blown out by 19pts each game).

i dont think the spurs have ever won any rings without facing real adversity and being blown out more than once.. so its pointless... teams win championships playing all kinds of games, good and bad.

Now if the spurs had the benefit of the calls like the lakers do then they might just cruise to the trophy full speed.

Yeah the refs were well compensated to favor New Orleans here.

There is no doubt about that. Of course they'll play it down when they're in San Antonio but I'm already feeling bad for the Spurs on NO.

And yet, in their three victories, the Spurs have won by 11, 20, and 19. Those aren't exactly scraping by with a victory, are they?
