This is bullshit. Have you ever had back problems? I've had them off and on for 15 years. A full on lower back pull or spasm is about as painful as it gets.

I pulled my back once while playing pickup. A guy crossed over in front of me, I went to twist and step backwards to defend, and bang. I was on the floor writhing in pain and crying for Mama. (Well not literally, my mother was actually not very mothering :lol). Luckily one of the guys playing was a chiropractor and did some back manipulation right there. Hurt like living hell but took away the spasm.

I feel for David West. For me, it was just like what I saw on TV... lying on my stomach, hand on my back, and having a lot of pain.
