View Full Version : As much as I hate BOS I'm rooting for them in this series

I cannot watch another minute of Cavalier basketball. They are by far the most boring team to watch in the NBA.

I hate everything about BOS, but at the very least I know they will make for a great opponent when they face DET. Sorry Lebron, your exciting to watch when you dunk the ball.......but every other 10 possessions when you chuck up some ugly ass fucking jumper I want to puke. Big Z, you look like a cancer patient. Delonte you look like some street bum they picked up off the street. Ben Wallace I will pay you $100 if you could just make a fucking layup or catch a pass. I'm not going to go any further, Cavs make me want to stab out my eyes.

Hey, I won't deny that we're ugly and boring, I hear you there, but we always give Detroit everything it can handle. IMO we'd give them a tougher series than Boston. Pistons will beat the C's in six.

Both the Celtics and the Cavaliers would be tough teams for the Pistons for different reasons.

That said, after the shit series the Cavs and the Celts have played this round, neither should advance, and the Pistons should get a bye for the conference finals.

How can a series with KG, LeBron, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce be this damn ugly?

Astounding!

You have to factor in the coaches. And Shuttlesworth's tank is nearing E.

Dude, Ray Allen is playing like a fat Denzel Washington.

He don't got game.

They are basically like the Spurs of 2000-2004...slow, predictable offense and a solid defensive scheme. However the one difference is that Pop is a MUCH better coach than Mike Brown and the Tim Duncan of 00-04 was the best player in basketball.

lol! He's getting exposed right now. But I find it HILARIOUS that KG goes 1-3 in the 4th after going nuts on the Cavs through 3 quarters. He was playing fantastic ball and then come 4th quarter time he once again couldn't step it up. Stupid foul on Verajo, blown wide open jumper, and a blown 3 foot floater. I just don't get it...

The Celtics just need to give Pierce the ball and have everyone else get the hell out of the way during the last 2 minutes of every game. He's the only guy on that team with balls come crunch time.

I want a Pistons/Cavs series so it can make it more of a rivalry. Ohio/Michigan has had a natural rivalry, but since the Ohio St./Michigan rivalry isn't a rivalry anymore, and the Tigers/Indians had potential but the Tigers are the worst team in baseball we are left with the Cavs/Pistons series to make up for all the shortcomings in the other former rivalries.

Not every team can or wants to play like Golden State and Phoenix. Any team that plays a disciplined possession game with great defense is going to get its share of detractors and critics. Spurs fans should know all about that.

Michigan won all those games before they legalized the forward pass. If you want to take credit for winning 15 or so rugby games go ahead. Plus, we will close the game by 5 in the next 5 years. DickRod is a joke

Wha? Celtics have been one of the most boring teams in this playoffs.

Funny thing is I've seen users on other message boards call the Cleveland-Celtics series "good physical defensive bball" while lambasting the 2005 Spurs-Pistons Finals as a snoozefest.
