Boston's big three is Garnett, Pierce, and Rondo. Allen is no longer worthy of his name.
Does baseline_bum still think Allen will get into the HOF?

The Celtics are the new Mavericks. They will choke eventually. Can't wait until they play Detroit, you know, a team that can win on the road.

Ray Ray is a joke!!! Im prying they get to the finals so Kobe can torch his ass
Shuttlesworth won't be guarding Kobe. Doc isn't exactly a genius, but he isn't stupid either.

With the exception of like game 5, Paul Pierce has been ass as well. God, I hate the way he drives to the hoop.

I think the big three are mental midgets. It has less to do with age, and just being heartless chokes.
They're disappointing so far. They might be just another "Built-for-Regular-season" B.S. team. Get out of the playoffs if you're just gonna hang around half-heartedly. Fuckin' losers.

Freals.. I'm so sick of watching KG friggin talking to Russell with that sappy music and his POS league of clutch commercials. Stop trying to brainwash us and shit. If KG is gonna wow us in the playoffs, his play on the court will take care of itself, don't need all this marketing BS.

Allen needs to get traded to a bottom feeder team to make the impact he did before.

See, what does James have to do with the thread?
Allen doesn't fit in Boston. Pierce and KG are thugs and he's not. :lol

I'll be shocked if the Celtics get past the Pistons. With KG disappearing in the 4th and Ray Allen disappearing period, Pierce will have too much of a burden to pull it off against a tough, cohesive, balanced team as the Pistons.

He's a jump shooter at this point. That's it. He can't create his own shot. All you have to do is plant a bigger guy in front of him and he's pretty much neutralized in the half-court. That's what the Cavaliers did with Szczerbiak.
He isn't a choker. He's just limited.
Allen's always been the #1 option...he's not used to being in the playoff atmosphere and not getting his shots. Playoff time comes and 2/3 of the "big three" aren't so unselfish anymore...Allen just isnt able to get in a good rhythm.

Boston has a big 2, Allen is way past his prime or at least playing like it in most of the preseason. Pierce is the key. He plays well, they win. Period.

give it some time. thats the same kind of attitude that people had about the Spurs when they lost the first 2 to the hairnets....the Pistons will come around. They're like novacaine...just takes a little time to kick in.
And ray allen is a highly over-rated player, who cant create offense, and cries & cries so much he needs a damn diaper. perhaps one from the cp3 line.

Looks like Ray Allen can't guard R. Hamilton. He has a breakout game offensively and still hurts the team. ;)
