Pistons in 6 or Celtics in 7.

Book it.

Celtics have better talent but they are mentally weak especially on the road.

Pistons offense is not that difficult to stop especially if you keep them off the glass. Their offense really falls to shit when you do that. They lack a head coach and Sheed tends to melt down when things get really tough.

That being said Pistons in 6.

I was going to say Pistons in 4, but I'm sure Flip Saunders is going to piss away at least a game. So, Pistons in 5. If this goes over 5 games, we'll be talking about Stern's plans for Celtics vs Lakers finals...

I predict it will be a better series than the one that (thankfully) ended about an hour ago. The imposter-led Cavaqueers went home, much to the joy of true bball junkies (and to the chagrin of closet homos like ThunderDan, ElNono and nomanches who jock LeTravel's nuts).

Celtics in 5.

David Stern gave LeBron a chance, but now he'll do what it takes to get his LA-BOS Finals all set.

I don't know who's going to win this series two evenly matched heavyweights slugging it out with the winner by controversial decision.

7 Games, at least. It will probably take more games to really figure out which is the better team. :)

If that indeed were the only question, the only answer would be Spurs.

So Flip Saunders will be able to handle the pressure of coaching against Phil Jackson in a 7 game series and out duel him?:lmao:lmao Oh god my fucking stomach hurts from laughing so hard. Flip Saunders wants coach Byron Scott. He will shit himself if he has to go up aginst Pop and he will shit himself even hard if he has to face Phil Jackson!

That may or may not be true.

Could easily make a similar argument that Pau Gasol will shit his pants at the prospects of going up against Rasheed Wallace.

Good point, and there are many that believe the 2-3-2 format favors the team without the HC advantage.

Celts in 6.

They're a confidence team, and now they've got plenty of it, having won two game 7's.

You gotta admit, that's a better big achievement for a team that was just put together yesterday.

Plus, I think Detroit's a little overrated.

agreed that Pistons are overrated, but I still think they're better than the Celtics, who are even more overrated.

And regardless of this, I think the Pistons will win a title this year.

Pistons in 6, Rip Hamilton will have a great series. Ofcourse, with the premise that Sheed will keep his head straight through out the series. I'd love to see some duel beetween him and Mr. no ball$ in the fourth.

KG will breakdown and cry at least twice... after a lose in a close game in boston and again after the pistons win the series.

ray allen will have 1 game where he scores more than 20 points.

1 person in the crowd in boston will have a severe reaction to the smoke and die of an asthma attack.

pistons in 6

paul pierce has been playing very well though... id say that one of the boston wins comes offa 20 point 4th quarter from pierce.

Celtics in 7...the Celtics match up very well with the pistons. i also see Doc Rivers putting alot of trust in Rajon Rondo as his main PG in the 4th rather than Sam Cassell which is a good move. i also forsee chauncey being slowed down by his injury. also i think the celtics have a better experienced bench than that of the pistons. i think the celtics bench come up big this series also.
