..acc. to Express News they are happy to have a 2-days off. This is the first time in a month.

And,

44 games played is most in the league, WHO the hell prepared the schedule for this team & the league? :wtf

44 seems to be the most, but MIA is at 43, there are teams at 42,41,40....

Among good teams:

SAS 44
MIA 43
PHX 42
SEA 41
DAL 40
WAS 40
SAC 39

The overal total games isn't important as the groupings like 7g/10d or 3g/4d, plus the road factor. During the RRT, here's a 4g/6d:

Tue 8 @ Charlotte
Wed 9 @ Washington
Fri 11 @ New Jersey
Sun 13 @ Miami

... which includes the EC #1 and #2 @home. tough!

the Spurs have the best record with fewest remaining games - where is the problem with that?

means Spurs will get more rest than other teams for the rest of the season - again where is the problem in that?

the real question for the schedule makers is what is up with the so few games in Feb a total of 9 (in 28 days) and so many in March a total of 15 (in 30 days)? at least the Spurs get to finish April with 11 in (20 days) and only 3 back to backs.

"fewest remaining games"

A difference of 1 or 2 games , spread over the remaining 13 weeks, among the WC division leaders is insignificant.

Stop being redundant and pay attention!!!How could I? I DID NOT, REPEAT, I DID NOT LOGGED IN OR VISIT THIS FORUM SATURDAY & SUNDAY...

BTW, my point is this could have been the answer to this team's loss in Portland. They looked worn out and tired, that's all. :eyebrows

They are probably "front loading" it a bit, in order to cut the rodeo road trip from 9 games a few years ago to 7 games this year.
