1. We bounced back from the 0.4 series to win the championship the next year.
2. We bounced back from Dallas getting us in Game 7 in OT to win the championship the next year.
3. We bounced back from plainly getting our asses beat in Games 1 and 2 of the New Orleans series (which by the way were worse defeats than the Lakers), going down 0-2. We were then on the brink of elimination being down 3-2 after once again getting our asses beat in Game 5 (another loss worse than this Laker one).

Most teams dismantle the summer after these types of situations.

What makes everyone think that we can't bounce back after losing Game 1? This is a team whose roster outside of Kobe, includes Lamar Odom, Pau Gasol, Derek Fisher, Luke Walton, Ronny Turiaf, Jordan Farmar, Sasha Vujacic, Radmanovic...I don't even know who else....Come on is that really a roster that buries the Spurs who came back from the above three..after one game? Sorry Laker fans, I completely understand why you could get excited after coming back from 20 down, but the Spurs simply are not going to go away as the Hornets fans learned...New Orleans had far more All-Star caliber players than the Lakers do.

So basically, what you're saying is, that the Lakers will beat the Spurs this year, but the Spurs will come back next year and win the title? :lmao

According to ESPN and other sports columns, we were supposed to lose the series' against Phoenix and New Orleans, and now the series with the Lakers is over....yep...
