I wondered yesterday if Pop might go back to this. It's a chess move.

Why not? He can always change back if it doesn't work. Manu needs a changeup.

I don't mind.

If your horse is hurt don't run him against the fastest horses.

Yea, but if anything try Barry. I just don't get putting in Finley. He's struggling too much, his defense isn't great. That wasn't working before and why he had to switch Ginobili to start to begin with.

i think it's for the best. but i'd rather see udoka than finley.

It's a 2-for-1 move. Gino struggling. Finley struggling. Change it up.

Pop likes to rely on his staples.

I'd rather see Damon Stoudemire start at the 2guard than Finley. Radmanovic is going to have a field day against Fin.

Stupid, but it's what Pop does best against Phil.

Manu is probably still hurt, he'll play like crap again tonight in limited minutes. Looks like you guys are down a man :downspin:

I like it.

We'll see if it works.

I don't see it as a risk. It shouldn't hurt, really, and it could work out better.

Come on Solid D, you know Pop can't do anything right.

considering that our bench was nowhere to be found in the 1st game, it's worth the risk

Solid D

Well, so far in the 1st half, looks like Fin deserved to start, as bad as that is.

Every shot he has made, the next play down for the Lakers they have scored on Finley. At least he is knocking down shots though!

Pop should've just given Manu the whole night off.

Who started wasn't the story in the first half. I was pretty good defense and pace by the Spurs...but it was an offensive abomination. The ball movement and shooting must dramatically improve or this will be over mid-3rd quarter.

What do you expect? Suddenly Ginobili is the worst player on the team. Come fvcking correct team and tell the salary-paying fans what the fvck is wrong with Ginobili. Is it the fvcking flu? What is it!?

Who knows, it may be something personal...I don't think its an injury, he is jumping, running fine, but at this point Ginobili shouldnt be playing, hes just hurting the team.

Manu probably shouldn't have played tonight. He looked pretty badly hurt, and wasn't able to do anything tonight.

I think everyone on the team but Tim should have just stayed in the Hotel and saved themselves the trouble. Tim was pretty much playing 1 on 5 anyways.

God this game has been ugly.
