not at all... this game was over 2 minutes into the 3rd quarter but the series aren't.

the schedule is really killing the spurs, that's a given - it all started when so many days were given to make a potential utah/la game 7 fit in on sunday.

I dont understand the reason why all games are every other day, don't get the urgency to do this so quick. im not conspiracy theorist but it just blows my mind this has been done this way.

It's clear the spurs are running in fumes but at home and being in their environment they will probably win the next 2 and gather more energy. LA will get tired as well as the series goes. This series is far from over as I called it when the spurs were 0-2 against the hornets.

Agreed but Laker fan wants the Spurs fans to give up on their team, I won't even if they get swept.

Yep, the Hornets are a better team. We just need to play

Spurs can still pull off 4 in a row

Wanna know how?

Easy. Start Thomas over Oberto and have Bonner get some PT

Pop is using a 8 man rotation and it's making the starters tired.

Stick what got you here instead of playing down to the other team.

Kurt hasn't played much at all so far while Horry is bricking open shots. If Bonner was the replacement for Horry, then use him that way. Phil probably hasn't even scouted him. It's not all Manu's fault for the lack of scoring. It's Popacapinyoass fault for going with guys who have exp. but can't pull up off the dribble.

Very true, the players win or lose not the fans.

But that doesn't mean the fans should give up on their team or stop rooting for them.

The Lakers have the MVP. But to think the Spurs will win four in a row is reaching for it. One win at a time...go down 3-1 or 3-0 and it's over.

Your reading comprehension is as bad as your effeminate posts.

Shouldn't you be pretending with Suns fans somewhere that Shaq is still a factor in the NBA?

Deb, if you do bet me and lose, I promise I will take the money and donate it to a worthy charity and provide a receipt as proof.

So let me know, I don't really want to take your money, but my point is none of you really "believe" enough to bet on it.

Phil must be really good at playing with minds, but I think San Antonio is still the better team.

OK, I feel bad taking your money, but let's go for $25

We can do more if you want, but I know you are going to lose. At least you will be donating to charity, I like the ones that deal with kids...how about the Special Olympics?

Do we have a deal?

As I mentioned before, the team had three days of rest between games 2 and 3 of last year's WCF. I have to guess it is because of the Olympics this year.

It's not the Lakers fault they closed out Utah in 6 games, and you guys had to go 7 with NO.

If you handled business with NO, the Spurs would have had just as much rest. I won't deny the fact that Spurs do look slow, but like I said... Spurs should have handled NO's to get the rest they NEED.

Of course we're going to take the series.

I expected them to hold court for games 1 and 2; for us to hold court for games 3-4; and with the REAL game of the series to be game 5.

Which we are going to take, along with the series.
