Did anybody hear about Jordan trying to get Manu to be an "Air Jordan" athlete joining the likes of:

Tiger Woods
Derek Jeter
Carmelo Anthony
Barry Bonds.... to name a few

I heard it on sports radio this morning....

That would be awesome. Another Spur besides Duncan needs a signature shoe.

I'd say that's good company, don't you think? Plus, it doesn't hurt that Michael is looking for him.

Manu would be the first "foreigner" on Mike's 'A'-list.....

I guess Manu is finally getting some recognition for his clutchness..... not to mention his ability to finish around the basket.

Also, 20 > 9

Also, 20 > 9

I already freakin said that...

That would be cool if Manu were on Team Jordan:

Ray Allen
Mike Bibby
Derek Anderson
Mike Finley
Eddie Jones
J Kidd
Gary Payton
Quentin Richardson

Personally I'd probably kick a few of those bastages out but it's not my call...

It's not completely unwarranted.

:lol Dude you're right...I remember when people were crying for Parker to be traded 10 years ago! Remember when they wanted Jason Kidd? :lol...

Of course I agree with everyone saying Parker is a cancer now, and one of the worst players in the league right now...but I never agreed with his detractors in the last decade. He was an integral part of the Best Team of the 2000s, and people who didn't like him back them were just being faggots.

But then again, it wasn't just Parker. There were some Spurs fans who always wanted to break up the big 3 every time we lost a playoff series. And then it was hilarious to watch them win the championship the following year, and watch those same idiots stop talking. For example, 2004 was trumped by 05, 06 by 07, etc.

The reason people were complaining is he's a playoff choker.
