I'm not sure we win this series or not. But I think that it goes 7 regardless. I had a bad feeling that we would lose at least one at home to LA. Game 5 I think we blow them out at home. We know what the problems were.

Were the Spurs gunning for a 4th consecutive NBA title this year? I must have missed something.

I don't get what's so wrong about them crying. They were both young players at the time, not grown men.
If anything it shows how much they cared about winning that it reduced them to tears when they lost. You don't think Ginobli or any other Spur has cried after a crushing playoff loss? I remember reading a story about Ginobli being in deep depression after losing Game 7 against the Mavs with his stupid foul.

did you miss the crying for no reason? That's what a guy who takes you out of the playoffs TWICE and is not afraid to show his emotion does when missing the chance to 4peat.

You gotta be kidding me. Manu was already in tears after the game 2 blowout. When the same thing happens tomorrow theyll probably need to bring him a diaper.

if its not one thing its another. you guys know your time is up so you're trying to get as many shots in at us as possible, but nothing you can say will change the fact that the lakers are better than the spurs. who care;s how they react, those same 2 guys that were crying are sticking it to your ass this year. the spurs should cry though because this was their last chance at doing anything, because the lakers are going to be much, much better next year, our window of opportunity is wide open and i think yours just slammed shut.

Because it shows the true pussy's you bandwagon humpin fake fans are. Just like your bitch Kobe. He cries when the team that he has to play with doesn't meet his standards and demands to be traded to a team that can win it all, yet here we are today with mostly that same team and all of a sudden he wants to suck Gasol off.
Win or Lose. Fuck off!

Blow out a home game where the Spurs have been blown away by 30-points after blowing a 20-point lead in Game 1? Where the Lakers are the only team that are undefeated? It's easier to think that the Spurs will be contained by halftime with the Laker legs prevailing.

Wow. Those guys must've been really passionate about winning it all. They must have put their hearts and souls into it, like many fans do. They must've grown accustomed to winning and were unable to stomach the reality of losing.
Huh. I guess that shows the difference between teams that continue to play with a passion and REPEAT, and those that do not. I think I can safely assume that there will be some teary-eyed fans from Texas tomorrow when the Spurts lose. They will understandably be devastated. It's just too bad that you don't feel the players care like their fans do. Maybe because they know better.
They know they're losing to a superior team. No shame in that.

I dont see anything wrong with crying (not whining) in sports tbh.
It happens in college and a lot of other professional sports... quite commonly, soccer, and football.

If the Spurs don't cry after a game 5 loss, you will know why they didn't win. They didn't care enough about it. It's not about manning up, it's about caring enough, leaving all your emotions and effort out there, it's the last game of an era.
I know some Spur fans back in Texas, I know they'll be crying after the Game 5 loss. Nothing wrong with it. This is it, this what NBA fans have been waiting 300 days for, the Finals.
The Game 5 Spur loss will mark the end of an era for Tim Duncan, I'd be crying too, he's had a brilliant run of dominance. Hell, if I was at Staples, I'd give Timmy a standing ovation.
It will mark the end of the Spurs title runs, if the players don't care, there's something wrong with them. Believe me, they'll be crying, maybe not on camera but guys like Manu and Parker care too much not to.

How on earth can you make fun of guys for caring so much about winning?
Do you honestly think that no Spur player has ever cried after a crushing playoff loss? Didn't Ginobli suffer from depression after blowing Game 7 against the Mavs?

I didn't mind my guys crying at all ... I agre with the above they were young and I think even then they KNEW ..the wheels were coming off with all the dysfunction in LA-LA land ...maybe that raw emotion & passion is PART of the reason we are up 3-1 and about to send yall fishing!!!!

I have to admit, I dont understand that at all, in age of spolied rotten sports figures, itsnt good to see someone care enough that they feel they failed the people and thus are emotional about it..:toast
I know guys that have wept in front of me and I in front of them, doesnt make you a pussy, it makes you human and in touch with who you are...
Tony Soprano cried to doctor Melfi, in a make believe world, you are going to tell him he is a wimp for crying......:lol
U dont think a a spur ever shead a tear of happiness over a title or a los...its ridiculous...of course they have, I wouldnt think any less of them, in fact I would connect with them more because of it, it shows me they care, they are passionate...:toast
Guys who post this sh!t have small dikks, and they cant come to grips with it..:downspin::ihit
