I know I've been a shit this whole series, truth is I and the majority of my fellow Laker fans have a deep respect for the Spurs and are really happy that a great rivalry has been rekindled. Best of luck in the offseason and retooling, if you can surround the big 3 with some young role players, you'll contend for quite a while :bking

Also, it's a source of pride (we rarely admit it) that Kobe's pretty much the only high profile perimeter player who hasn't complained about Bowen. Their battles are great, he's the best perimeter defender on the planet, and seeing him say "bring it home" to Kobe after the game was fucking sweet! .gif anyone?

The Spurs should congratulate themselves for being unable to defend their NBA championship, again. O fer fo'. The fans should give themselves an extra pat on the back for walking out on their team in game 4 at AT&T when the outcome was still in doubt. Woohoo, such a cause for celebration.

Respect is earned. How can one respect a team that has lost to the Lakers 4 times in the playoffs since 2001. It's no fun, like taking a championship err,candy away from a baby.
