San Antonio was the only team that beat its seeding. And even the series that allowed it went to seven games. In every other case the higher seed beat the lower seed, crazy. And congrats to the Spurs for standing up to the norm, although it would have been interesting if the seeds for all teams fell exactly as planned, has the ever happened before?
