-Anthony Randolph has strangely decided to work out for a number of teams that seemingly have little chance at drafting him (Portland, Indiana) while refusing to visit teams that very well could—such as Sacramento. Randolph’s workouts continue to underwhelm many onlookers, to the point that it has clearly affected his confidence. On the positive side, his dislocated shoulder does not appear to be a short-term or long-term issue, according to teams that have studied his physical in-depth.

When a scouting report says that a player doesn't currently have great skills but has "huge Upside" what does that really mean?! I heard one guy on espn radio today say that Randolph "looks a lot like Chris Bosh." Keith Closs has a body like Bosh too, but he's 3 or 4 inches taller. And...? Another website claimed that Randolph "hasn't developed his three point shot yet" and then goes on to say that he shot 11% from the 3 pt line! What is the difference between a guy who "hasn't developed a 3 pointer yet" and a guy who is "no good at shooting 3 pointers?"
I think sometimes scouts fall in love with players the same way drunk guys at bars do with scantily dressed women who walk through the door...
