Wouldn't mind the Spurs going for him. Needs to work on his 3 point shooting though.

I like him as long as he can play combo guard (the 1 and 2 if need be)

If Chalmers is off the board at 26 and the Spurs really want a point guard, Jamont Gordon might be the next highest ranked point guard. I'd like him ...... if he wasn't such a horrible shooter. Good size, good abilities, good strength, good toughness but can't shoot.

45 is fine for him. 26 would be a reach due to the Spurs wanting a point guard.

Washington State's Kyle Weaver, Mississippi State's Jamont Gordon and Turkish big man Omer Asik are three players who are getting some serious interest from teams in the 20s.

Thats too much like Lamont Jordan. Will take some time to get used to saying it right.

Most of the players that looked like a good fit for the spurs are looking to be off the board before 26. It's hard to picture them taking Gordon at 26, but I can see them possibly trading up in the second round to take him. Still begs the question of who they take at 26, but Gordon is looking like the best PG prospect the Spurs have a realistic chance of drafting. He's relatively big and strong, and definitely plays good defense. Who knows? If we keep Chip Engellund on board, maybe he can help him improve his shot enough to be a more complete player.

Gordon is a turnover machine.
