Well Udrich is having an excellent year and so is Ginbobili but, due to Manu's age will Udrich surpass Manu as the basketball player? Discuss. :fro

How about we stop these player vs. player threads, they're pointless.

I've had enough.

...And why does it always involve Manu?
Manu vs Tony
Manu vs BArry
Manu vs Udrih...

It's too early to tell how good Beno is going to be. He's just getting started. If he can stay healthy and continue his progress, he'll eventually be an NBA starter (somewhere) and get significant playing time.

But Manu is on a different plane in excitement level and energy than most guys in the NBA. He's special. There aren't many players in the same mold as Manu.

IMO manu is on different level beno or even duncan will be this year, i watched his 48 pts game and i was impressed (and i'm not impressed so easy). But nevertheless i'm still waiting for beno to score 30 or so, he did it couple of times in europe so i know he can do it, just hope noone needs to get hurt for him to do so...

I'm waiting for Kori or timvp to bring up that thread from the "box of old threads" and make it into a classic.

More than one poster stuck their foot on their mouths on that one.

is it the first year for Udrih?
:blah :blah just a start..there's a long way to go..

Manu is so popular recently, and more and more would like to compare him with others..em,talking too much about that may make little sense,i think.

When Beno has Olympic Gold plus multiple NBA rings put him in the same mold as Manu = a superb player.

Also remember that Manu was also a former European (Italian) league MVP and in that league scored huge.

Not to diminish Beno who be a poor man's Nash in a number of year but Manu is a poor man's Kobe without the selffishness and that is enough for me to say he will always be better.
