It's weird how a song can take you back in time...
I just finished listening to that song "How deep is your love" from the Bee Gees and it took me back to when I was in the 3rd grade in Mr. Thompson's class.
Memories :toast

Get off my lawn.I don't know what you're talking about but I was calling his use and mispelling of the word to be gay.
IE - I think its gay to spell the word gay as ghey. I could careless about the song, I've never heard it.
I don't get the Jimi reference either. oh well.

Am I the only person who finds it strange that a song called "How Deep Is Your Love" would remind someone of their 3rd Grade teacher? What sorts of memories does this song bring back for you?

Old? pfft, I was in the Eighth grade when that one was out!
Damn proud too! At least it wasn't the freakin Spice Girls or some generic one hit Pearljam/Alice in Chains spinoff band that came in droves in the 90's.

It reminds me of my 3rd grade year. We had a little Valentine's party in Mr. Thompson's class and I remember that song being played on a funny looking record player.

the title of this thread made me think of the Huey Lewis and the News song 'Back in Time' from either the 2nd or 3rd Back to the Future movie
