My brother told me about this website a couple of weeks ago.
It is totally free, has many of the old arcade games like
Scramble
Punch-Out
Crazy Climber
There are literally hundreds, unfortunately not all of them work but many do.

I wish I could play my old adventures (Sierra) again.
They just don't seem to work on CD-ROM.

Same here. Well, I used to. The only systems I emulate these days are the classics (NES, SNES, Genesis), Nintendo handhelds (One GBA emulator), and PS1 (Mostly for road trips or screenshot dumps)

Had mame for years, and just recently rediscovered it last week while cleaning out storage harddrive.

www.theoldcomputer.com is my site of choice.

And for the rest of you, I give up: How do I run MAME? I've never gotten it to work.

Mame is a command-line program that's a pain in the ass without a frontend. Install MAME, and then install this program, called EasyMame to have a gui to start the games from

I'm one of the long time MAME developers. Good to see some people here still use it.

eBay. They are available from time to time. I bought one OEM CD from like Gateway that had all four Entertainment Packs and the first Arcade, and I was hooked. This was, of course, in my pre-DLing days. :lol

I loved playing Dungeons and Dragons Shadows over mystara, and some of the capcom vs games. Also I like WWF Wrestlefest too.
