On PTI last week, they said that Elton Brand wanted to go to Philly, and that the Sixers are high on his radar.

He might opt out of his contract with the Clippers and go sign with them.

This would be a GREAT move for both parties. They have a nice core developing there and could've used an interior offensive presence in Elton Brand against Detroit...not that it would've indefinitely changed the outcome of the series but it definitely could've helped.

Yeah, Philly is way under the salary cap. They'd still have enough to offer a pretty good deal even after re-signing Iguodala unless they give Iguodala something completely ridiculous.

I think this should be good for everyone.

I feel bad for the Clips. They made the right decision trading for Brand. If he was not so prone to being hurt things would have worked out better for LAC. With the guys they have worked with over the years shows they were in pursuit to compliment Brand in the paint. It just didn't work out with him on the sidelines.

To the people who say he injury prone (not attacking you). The dude missed one whole season then his minimum amount of games for a season was 62. Brand has played 80+ games 4 times and 70+ twice. He is not injury prone.

JO is someone who is injury prone.

That's perhaps a road some people don't want to start traveling down.

Yeah, last year was more of anomaly than anything else. The previous three seasons, he played in 80, 79, and 81 regular season games respectively. Dude is not injury prone very much at all. The Clippers just have horrible management.

Yes they do, I can easily see Brand and Magette opting out this summer.

With much respect to Rocket fans, at this point with their fortune his tenure with Houston would probably be an injury-prone one...unless he magically transformed into an interchangeable guard with a jumper.
