Furthermore I'm going to continue to do what I need to do give myself and my family as great an edge as possible.

I do what I feel is fair whether you people like it or not because if opportunity arises you'd fucking me sideways for the advantage and when I say you I mean the majority of the people in this world don't fucking care about how hard I work.

Previously stated.

Poor people get help, rich people get help, skin color gets help, non americans get help from food to tuition to fucking everything. The people that suffer the most are the people that work the hardest in middle to slightly upper middle class. They get the least.

I'm fucking tired of working and paying for retired people who are fully capable of working for themselves. Its not my fucking job to make sure grandma and grandpa have their SS now when I won't see mine ever. Fuck you self absorbed do good egotistical whiners for thinking its my fucking duty to pay into a system that provides me with zero benefits. I'm foot their fucking bill not the other way around. I'm paying for the fixed income that they love to bitch and moan about. Fuck them and fuck you for trying to make it my responsibility.

Are you fucking retarded, that was awile ago and that post thats linked doesn't reflect my current situation. She doesn't collect unemployment from anyone and never has, we've never recieved any kind of checks or aide just the stamps and WIC. I provided my current pay stub and last years W2 when we renewed because she's now working 15 hours a week at a pay job(not cash its taxable) so I wasn't sure if it was a problem or not.

Guess what asshole....it wasn't. She qualified due to the low income and my son qualified for the healthcare. Sorry you don't like it but its perfectly legal. You can no longer bitch at me for the shortcomings of the system.

I don't collect anything at this point other than the food stamps which we legally qualified for. So you're bitching about nothing. I'm doing it legally.

My wife and kids are my dependents and its legal to claim them as well.

You can not win this argument...you need to quit while you are behind.

I'm glad you clarified that. So you WERE a thief and now you're just an asshole.
I don't know. We aren't legally married so with the current set of circumstances and the fact that she qualifies now with my info and disclosure she likely would have qualified then when we keep the info private. So if you want to get technical about it I probably went through the trouble of keeping mum about something when it really didn't matter.

Listen asshole, you have to pay the SS tax, you are just lucky that your poor employer has to pay half of yours. The business owners like myself pay the full amt for ourselves and half of each employee...you do not hear me bitching about it do you??? So go pay your lousy $124 a month and STFU.

No I won't STFU, you act as if its ok because its the law as if its perfectly acceptable for all of us to continue to pay into something that completely failed years ago but was so fucked beyond comprehesion they never bothered to fix it. Their solution is that time will fix it. So we're all left paying for someone elses fuck up and we'll continue to foot the bill at no payoff to us. FUCK THAT. They should have stopped handing out SS monies to physically able people. Just like they shouldn't be handing food stamp money to me. Fuck if I'm not going to take it. I can definitely use the extra help.

I guess since there is no law that says I have to pay my taxes I really shouldn't be required to. Remember when all those guys got together and decided well fuck this I'm not paying. Show me the law and I'll pay. Well they couldn't show them a law because one didn't exist but they sure showed them a jail cell.

Or how about randomly pulling people over during the holiday weekend and drawing blood even though our law clearly states we have a right to protect ourselves from illegal search and seizure. Fucking law didn't stop them.

Don't be so righteous considering how fucked up the system is.

I'm perfectly content to carry on this conversation. There are people out there right now...the majority that would gladly take advantage of anything they can and they do.

No one, no system and no institution is going to put one person ahead of the other. I've had customers lie to me lie to banks hell even lie to themselves and none of that will change. 90% of the people we come in contact with would toss you under the bus if it came down to a them or me situation.

I'm always going to do what I do because not only do I want to survive but I want the benefits of the hard work I do, I'm sick of seeing it stripped away for other peoples needs. I stopped caring a long time ago. I'm gonna raise my kids to put themselves and their futures first and that their own self worth and value is far greater than any collective group of strangers. You don't like it well too fucking bad.

If anyone is depending on SS when they retire, they will be in for a shock. This system was set up when they had 77 workers for every retiree, in 10 years, their will be 2 for every retiree...clearly this will not work, but you are stuck with it, so stop whining.

I have paid in over 320K into my SS since I got out of school....will I see a return on that investment? No. But that is life....I accept that I am helping the elderly have some semblance of a life.

I feel a lot better about giving money for that than for paying to fight this fucking war, which is costing almost as much, and is benefiting no one.

I'm glad you've come to terms with it because I haven't. I'm not good with it. I will bitch about it loudly and as frequently as I can because I want change. Shutting up about things never yielded results.

So its ok to shut up about SS which costs us about as much as this war costs us. Surely there's purpose behind this war because our lawmakers and government say so, just like paying SS is a law and they say so. You can't pick and choose stupidity, we can't be ok with getting fucked one way and not the other. Its not ok to take my money for the benefit of others any more than its ok for us to be milked dry over some war based on a bunch of lies.

Our peers will be stuck killing themselves at work until their old and crusty because bluehairs need some semblance of a life. Shouldn't it be their sacrifice for the betterment of the future...oh no we should all shut up and let them continue to take food off our tables and allow them to attribute the collapse of our economy so long as we aren't turning our cheeks on the fight against terra.

The same people that you are trashing....the elderly.uh no. Most of my customers are contractors and middle aged families wanting to hit the local lakes. I bet less than 15% of my sales are to the elderly. Elderly being anyone over 55. Not that I consider that elderly...just sayin.

My core audience is 30-50. The industry is shifting though. Hopefully the baby boomers bring in some buying power, if they haven't already fucked their credit up.

I don't hate richers for the millionth fucking time. I hate the nonchalant flaunters. Who want you to take a look at their broken fence in some well layed out picture in a thread....only that fence is housing a few 100k cars and a nice 3 car garage. We get it your rich but you didn't want to out and out be arrogant about it. But you damn sure wanted people to know you got the goods. I find that kind of behavior to be pompous and egotistical.

They want people to comment on how nice their shit is and oh wow awesome horsey's you must be one real special dude. The kind of guy thats fishing for compliments or approval because he needs or wants the boost.

Maybe thats you maybe its not. Sure seemed like it was to me.

These sea trout aren't the same as your Pacific sea trout. Your sea trout aren't related to Brown Trout, but are the salt water phase of the rainbow trout (steel-head)

Brown Trout

Conservation status

Least Concern (IUCN 2.3)
Scientific classification
Kingdom: Animalia

Phylum: Chordata

Class: Actinopterygii

Order: Salmoniformes

Family: Salmonidae

Genus: Salmo

Species: S. trutta

Binomial name
Salmo trutta
Linnaeus, 1758
Morphs
Salmo trutta morpha trutta
Salmo trutta morpha fario
Salmo trutta morpha lacustris

The brown trout (Salmo trutta morpha fario and S. trutta morpha lacustris) and the sea trout (S. trutta morpha trutta) are fish of the same species.
They are distinguished chiefly by the fact that the brown trout is largely a freshwater fish, while the sea trout shows anadromous reproduction, migrating to the oceans for much of its life and returning to freshwater only to spawn.[1]

The lacustrine morph of brown trout is most usually potamodromous, migrating from lakes into rivers or streams to spawn, although there is some evidence of stocks that spawn on wind-swept shorelines of lakes. S. trutta morpha fario form stream-resident populations, typically in alpine streams but sometimes in larger rivers. There is evidence that anadromous and non-anadromous morphs coexisting in the same river can be genetically identical.[2] In common usage, the name "brown trout" is often applied indiscriminately to the various morphs.

The brown trout is normally considered to be native to Europe and Asia but the natural distribution of the migratory forms may be, in fact, circumpolar. There are also landlocked populations far from the oceans, for example in Greece and Estonia. The fish is not considered to be endangered although, in some cases, individual stocks are under various degrees of stress mainly through habitat degradation, overharvest and artificial propagation leading to introgression. S. trutta morpha fario prefers cold (though in comparison with other trout, this species has a somewhat higher temperature preference of about 60-65 F, or 15.5-18.3 C), well-oxygenated upland waters, especially large streams in mountainous areas. Cover is important to trout, and they are more likely to be found where there are submerged rocks, undercut banks, and overhanging vegetation.

Brown troutThe brown trout is a medium sized fish, growing to 20 kg or more in some localities although in many smaller rivers a mature weight of 1 kg (2 lb) or less is common. The current International Game Fish Association (IGFA) world "all tackle" record brown trout, 18.25 kg (40 pounds, 4 ounces), was caught in May 1992 from the Little Red River, Arkansas by Howard "Rip" Collins.[3]

Brown trout may live for several years but, as with the Atlantic salmon, there is a high proportion of death of males after spawning and probably fewer than 20% of female kelts recover from spawning. The migratory forms grow to significantly larger sizes and may live longer. Brown trout are active both by day and by night and are opportunistic feeders. While in fresh water, the diet will frequently include invertebrates from the streambed, small fish, frogs, and insects flying near the water's surface. The high dietary reliance upon insect larvae, pupae, nymphs and adults is what allows trout to be a favoured target for fly fishing. Sea trout are especially fished for at night using wet flies.

The spawning behaviour of brown trout is similar to that of the closely related Atlantic salmon. A typical female produces about 2,000 eggs per kilogram (900 eggs per pound) of body weight at spawning. Brown trout rarely form hybrids, almost invariably infertile, with other species. One such example is the tiger trout, a hybrid with the brook trout.

Trout is a favourite food fish, and is used both fresh and smoked; there are many recipes for it, and it may be eaten fried, grilled, baked, cured or microwaved.

The specific epithet trutta derives from the Latin trutta, meaning, literally, "trout".

People don't want help, they don't want the truth. Garbbled up bullshit in a nice pretty package surrounded by everything they want to hear is what people want. In general people want salesman to faciliate a sale the way they see fit in their eyes vs. doing whats in the very best interest of the customer.

I can't even begin to fathom how many people would save hundreds a month if they would just stop what their doing and listen....and comprehend. Impossible!!!!! so instead of trying to help them do it better or smarter, I just do what they want, that way their happy and I get the sale. I've found that helping only makes people move onto the next place until they find the guy that just plays up what they want to hear. Its sad really really sad that I can't help these people save money or time or effort, pathetic world we live in.

Why would he do that? A richer automatically knows that the depreciation of value of a "toy" such as a trailer is so great that it makes better economic sense to rent a trailer from a third party for the duration that he would need it.

As a richer, I just LOVE Craigs list. I've been wanting a riding lawn mower for my "estate" LOL for a long time but was too cheap to buy one retail...I've been mowing 2 1/2 acres for years with a push mower.

An ad popped up yesterday morning for a 20hp, 42" cut Toro with less than a hundred hours on it...it's like a $1600 rig new...he wanted $400 for it...I was on the phone in a second and like "where do you live, I'll be there in 30 minutes with cash"

I get there and it's a big strapping guy in his early 30's with a single wide trailer on about a 1/2 acre lot. He had a perfectly good push mower sitting next to the rider. He said he was broke and needed the money fast and thats why he was selling his mower...(he had the receipt from when he bought it last year for $1400 so it wasn't stolen)

We had a willing seller and a willing buyer and the deal got done. the whole time I was talking to him I was thinking "why the fuck did he even buy this mower to start with?...I'm an old fart and I could mow this yard in 30 minutes with the push mower..."

All I could think was it was one of those "open a credit card with us and buy something big and make no payments for a year" deals...

Richer Story Alert:

We just had a guy recently purchase a 120k Fifth Wheel, gorgeous coach too. We put about 9k in various aftermarket options on to satisfy the deal. He closed about two weeks ago and didn't tell his wife. Well he took it home after we finished all the work and she got into his ass pretty good. Living well above his means there was no way they could afford the 1,200.00 payment. He tried to give it back and asked if we could rip up the contract :lol. We actually would have had it been the same day but it had been over a week and the deal was already funded and titled you can't go back once you're that far. So he took it out for one trip wrecked it and now its sitting here needing 10k in body work and he wants us to sell it. It'll never sell he'll probably do what most people do and stop paying on it. Then he'll be fucked for the next decade trying to get out from underneath a 100k repo. He traded in a really nice older model fifth wheel that he only owed about 20k on. So not only is shit up a creek but he'll be completely trailerless all because he wanted to live above his means and impress his buddies.

We just sold a decent 1987 model for about 9k and that was a stretch. I wouldn't dare touch one.

Probably. People love to get themselves in trouble. 2.5 acres is way too much for a push mower though.

No shit. So's 3.5. That's why I bought me one of these:

I think my favorite feature is the beer holder!

I wonder if the richers would get mad and offended if we chained up a starving horse and called it art.

naaa...the richers would go "dang...that really sucks..." and then go about their business getting richer.

It's the crazed animal lovers you will have to watch out for...They are the ones that would hang you from the nearest tree...horse owners get turned into the humane society all the time because people drive by and don't see "food on demand" out in the area and think they aren't feeding the horse...they don't know that horses will eat themselves to death if you let them...

Seriously, I have taken in a couple of rescue horses over the years and still have one...

I have to wonder if the Torro owner sold due to operation costs...
High gasoline prices changing lawn-mowing habits (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080620/ap_on_bi_ge/gas_prices_mowing)

Also how are trailer sales doing? Motor homes are taking a nose dive...
winnebago sales down... (http://www.boston.com/business/articles/2007/06/15/winnebago_profit_down_misses_wall_street_target/)

trailer sales are solid. We're ahead of last year. We would be killing last year if the banks hadn't tightened up so much.

No shortage of customers wanting to buy at all just not as easy to get them financed. Motorhome sales are in the shitter but thankfully we don't carry anything motorized.

I can think of a good 4 or 5 deals from last month that would have gotten done last year but not this year because the banks are so damn tight.

I'm going to speculate that the ultralight trailers are explosively popular.
