Anime: Samurai X (Rurouni Kenshin)

Any fan of Rurouni Kenshin here? It's my favorite anime, although I only know a few animes.

A few days ago I did an AMV (anime music video) with scenes from the Rurouni Kenshin OVAs. Here it is:

Cool, do you have any favourite characters?
I really like Kenshin's master, the guy was always drinking :toast, was kind of old but still was stronger than most of the other characters.
I'm also a fan of Aoshi because of his personality.

The TV series was pretty awful. The OVA and comic books however, were pretty awesome.

It was actually Samurai X that got me into anime. One of my friends bet that I would end up crying by the end and I, of course, said "No way a cartoon is going to make me cry!"

I could not have been more wrong :D It's a fantastic movie that's better than most of the Hollywood crap that's out there nowadays.

Hmm maybe hollywood makes a Rurouni Kenshin movie, but now that I saw the picture in the Dragonball movie thread, I don't know if that would be a good idea.

The battles with Shishio and kenshin is badass. this is a quality anime.
You guys might wanna check out slamdunk anime. yeah its pretty cheesy at the start but the basketball action will pick up and trust me you'll love it
