I can get photo shop but last time I played around with it I could not get the hang of it.

I use the basic of the basic photo shops anyone can learn in 5 minutes.

I am not sure you can even find software from 1999 anymore.

I have no personal experience with it, but The Gimp is supposed to be a great free image manipulation program. If I didn't have Photoshop, and wanted access to the same features and tools, it's what I'd be using.

And google will lead you to tons of tutorials.

hmmm well that's what i used to edit the photo. came out ok. like mouse said it only took a few clicks

but i did try a BASIC tutorial (think it was a youtube one) and i got stuck then i pretty much gave up until this thread. soooo there may be hope yet
