Tough one. I'm surprised ShaQ hasn't gotten more votes. For a 3 year stretch he was unstoppable.

All NBA or Spurs news (Avery is considered Spurs news.) is welcome in the Spurs forum. The only that doesn't belong is the Anthony thread.

Magic easily. He's at worst the third best player in NBA history, and the other two are a Celtic and a Bull.

Over Magic, Shaq, Abdul-Jabbar, Chamberlain? Only the stupidest of Lakerfans would ever be enough of a Kobe-fellator to argue he's better than those four.

Kareem. And Chamberlain wasn't so bad even at the end of his career. Johnson and O'Neal were too bad defensively to be compared to those two, although Johnson was at his peak for a longer period of time while in a Laker uniform.

Though honestly this thread is stupid cause the answer is pretty obvious I'm going to just go head and say it...

I can only comment on the players I have seen. That limits me (for that list) to Kobe and Shaq. And of the 2, I think Shaq was the better player.

But Rodman is the least heralded of that era.

No love for Glen Rice? ;)
