The judge in Donaghy's trial is a woman. This is ridiculous. There is no way a woman judge can understand basketball as much as a male judge. If I was Donaghy, I would ask for a mistrial on this simple fact online. If this was a trial about muffins or doing laundry, I could understand having a female judge. Female judges can not grasp the importance of a sport like basketball. If Sheryl Swoops was on trial about fixing a WNBA game. I would have no problem with a female judge, because as we all know women's basketball is not a sport. Any woman that thinks it is a sport disgraces every male that has played competitive basketball.
