Reason, because the Clippers have until 6/30/08 to tender $5.8 million for qualifying contract. If they do not, he will become an unrestricted free agent 7/1/08.

Great player, but injury prone.

I wasn't aware that he was injury prone, but I do remember him fucking up his knee royally and people wondering if he could ever come back and play. Not sure what type of player he is now, but before that injury he could ball.
