My friend Christina is giving away seven of these puppies. They are 7 weeks old. There are 4 black/tans and 3 tans available. She lives in College Station.

Please, if you want a new puppy, take one of these. They are SO cute!

They are half bloodhound and half Australian Shepard, I believe.

Please leave a message in this thread or contact me for details.

I will ask my grandmother.

She comes into town on Monday. She lives in Caldwell, which is about 30 minutes from College Station.

She lives on a ranch with cows, a dog's dream.

Well excuse me, Mr. Bottomtooth. I guess I was so taken by their picture that I missed that sentence! I suppose it would also help if I had put on my glasses.

Christina might be able to meet you halfway or something. Let me know if you are really interested and I'll talk to her about it.

Man, if I didn't live 1200 miles away and didn't already have two of the coolest dogs on earth, I'd be all over this like white on rice. I've always really wanted a black and tan hound and they look like they're going to be awesome dogs. Both of my dogs are adopted and I feel awful that I can't take one of these. I love dogs and it's killing me that they haven't all been spoken for yet. Good luck on finding them homes. Step up people!

I might be interested in one. I had to give my dog away because he had separation anxiety and just destroyed my carpet one day when I was gone for a few hours.

why are they leaning? spinal/hip problems? :)

talk about generic dog faces.

What's the average cost/year of owning, say, a 70-pound dog?
Food, clothes, vet/medical, doggy hotel, psychotherapy, etc.

$5/day? $2000/year?

After all of the shots and stuff you have to get done when they are young, you shouldn't spend more than $60 a month on a dog. That accounts for a couple bags of dog food and some toys/bones/whatever each month. Or you could do what my mother does, which is buy her dogs a shit ton of toys, pay fancy photographers to take pictures of them, and just in general waste money on her pets, then it will cost you a little more. But if you're on a budget and want a dog it shouldn't cost more than $600 a year to take care of it.

Which is the reason I only adopt well-adjusted, nudist dogs.
