Making a country music song is comparable to a farmer jumping on his tractor and scraping the shovel along the side of a fence while playing the banjo.

Country music got achy breaky and died a long time ago.

The shit that calls itself country today wouldn't know REAL country if REAL country came up and kicked it in the ass.

I'd like to see Merle Haggard duke it out with Snoop Dogg in a ring.

That would be entertaining.

I would rather have someone stomp my testicles to oblivion than sit through a country music concert.

100% agree. Giving beer to horses teaches animal cruelty.

REAL country didn't do "concerts". REAL country played dance halls with dance floors and COLD beer that you could afford without having to skip a meal or three.

Although I will give George Strait credit for coming up with the most outrageously ridiculous money making scheme in the history of mankind.

Go to a George Strait show and you will see women lined up to buy roses (they used to be $5...I don't know how much he charges these days) which they promptly head up to the stage with and GIVE RIGHT BACK TO HIM! It's like printing fucking money...BRILLIANT!!!

:lmao so wrong...but so so right.

Tejano died when the industry stopped looking for new talent and was content with Ram, Jay, and Emilio as the only people with anything worth seeing, and Emilio was really struggling to hold a candle to Jay and Ram who are by far on a level of their own but will more than likely be looked at the way this generation looks at Little Joe and Ruben Ramos who I am not sure are even still alive lol
