For you Global Warming Lemmings, something to consider. The ice is back. Consider these two graphs:

First of all, these graphs are updated regularly. If you wish to follow a trend
longer than a year, then start saving them. Notice however that the northern
ice is already about 400,000 square kilometers larger than the same time last
year. Same with the southern ice. It is about 900,000 square kilometers
larger. Together, we have about 1.3 million square kilometers more ice than
last year this time.

We are currently back to the average 1979 to 2000 average for global sea ice:

In all fairness, I do expect the northern ice to retreat almost as much as it did
last year. Not as much because solar intensity is down, but Asia is still
operating coal power plants without adequate scrubbers. Anyone interested
may want to bookmark and/or save these images and above graphs as they
are updated daily:
