Well that about says it. Its summertime and that means old fashion cookouts by the pool, or by the grass if you don't have a pool (like me). I'm in the market for a new gas grill, with everything you would need for a backyard barbq bash. I want to spend under $500. What do you recommend?

only thing i would really want above this is an infared grill, those are awesome for searing/even heat but mine works perfectly.

Gas grill? :depressed

Okay my bad. I am not heavy in the grill game and didn't know what to ask for. I just put gas grill so you knew I wasn't talking about teeth. What is an infared grill? Basically I want the best outdoor cooking utility $500 can buy. How about that?

I have a blue ember FG50069SL. I got it at home depot for $450. By far, the best I've owned.
