Spurs get steal in Hill?

Here's an Eastern Conference scout on the San Antonio Spurs pick of point guard George Hill of IUPUI: "This kid can play every fact of the game. He has long arms, quick and is really, really a terrific scorer. He probably rebounds the point guard position better than any point guard in the country. He's a legit player. He could've started for anyone in America."

The Spurs also had been high on French forward Nicolas Batum, who was drafted by Houston (for Portland) one spot earlier.

I don't know. I'm not an NBA scout or an NBA FO guy. Nobody knows that. Well I guess nobody but you because you read "analysts" "mock" "drafts".

Reason why he's so low is because no one's heard of him.
But true, we could have got him with our 45 pick..
Maybe somebody said something and had the spurs reconsider drafting him
at 26.

George Hill a first rounder? Give me a fucking break. Good thing your not an NBA scout. You would have probably taking Brian Butch with the 26.
