That's why I'm posting in the NBA forum. Less of a chance he'll see it.

Just to recap, who didn't get traded to the Blazers?

Why does Aldridge not get any respect? Its Oden this, Oden that. Dude has never even played a game.

But I do give props to Portland. They are building and doing it right up there.

This could end up being a repeat of the 2000 Blazer squad. Loaded with talent but for whatever reason weren't able to get over the hump because they lacked a true superstar.

This squad won't lose to the Lakers.

The Blazers will always lose to the Lakers when it counts.

Oden is neither a bum nor a basketball God....lets just all give him a couple of years now.

If the Hornets continue to do a good job building around CP3/David West, Blazers and the Celtics are going to be the teams to beat in the next 3-5 years.

Blazers are just looking amazing. To think they managed to win 49 games last year...and that was without LAST Year's #1 pick and THIS year's lotto pick. :wow

They could potentially have 2 of the top ROY candidates on their team next year. Has that ever happened before? :lol

Oden is a bum. They will be lucky to make the playoffs.

POR is loaded, but they need to trade some of that potential for realizable veteran talent. That's what they are missing right now and it's the reason why they are so inconsistent.

Brandon Roy before its all said and done can be as good as Paul Pierce.

That's actually a good comparison. I can see that...maybe not quite the defender that Paul Pierce is, but definitely the all around, end of the game player that Pierce was for the Celtics this year.
