I'm writing to inform you that the anti-welching bill has the necessary 12 votes, but before you render a decision on whether or not to pass it, I'd like to ask if you have any problems with the bill that might keep it from ratification. Oh, I know. It was in response to Culburn, who said Kool had the guts to hit on the prettiest girl in school while the rest of us were afraid to do so. I replied to him why would I hit on a married woman (who isn't my type) through a message board. Just clarifying Kool's twisting of reality.
