Definitely not, the only reason I was able to do an MSJ myself was because the other sides lawyer was a bumbling idiot. The claims he filed are claims that don’t even exist (aiding and abetting tortious interference, fraudulent transfer when I wasn’t the transferor or transferee of any assets, etc.). The one claim that might have actually been hard to dismiss with an MSJ was tortious interference but his pleading made an unintentional judicial admission that barred it
