yeah it was all in her head but those chicks dying and that other chick escaping actually happened but in that mental asylum and those chicks really were sex slaves but for that dude that got stabbed. She separated herself from the mental aslyum and took the girls for a ride in her mind in a way until they got merked

You should definitely check out "An Idiot Abroad" then. Basically Ricky sending Karl to the 7 Wonders of the World claiming it's to broaden his horizons, but then he makes him do really shitty demeaning things while he's in these third world countries. Fucking hilarious.
