An increasing # of rhabdomyolysis cases with direct ties to drugs like Lipitor, Crestor, Zocor, etc. Others are developing weird stupors and bouts of amnesia. It's disturbing, especially since those drugs have only ever shown to be (minimally) effective in men with previous MI's. Btw Lipitor is the #1 selling drug out there. Ask around if you enter those circles again--I'm curious to see if your colleagues have developed any reservations.
