Beats me but the local reporters tend to be more plugged in. The amount of noise makes me think they're definitely having conversations. How close they actually are is anyone's guess
Not to nitpick but the Hawks barring any other trades still probably wouldn't even hit 50 wins so their picks may be in the 18-22 range versus a late first rounder. Especially if they get rid of Collins too
yeah, he said based on his convos league sources seem to think it's going down, not that he knows it is personally. i'm holding out hope this is all BS because I'd really hate to lose DJ for such paltry compensation
Would suck too since it would mean the last two fiesta player jerseys i got had the player traded a season later (Got white's in 21, Murray's last year) :lol
Doubt it. I'm sure Spurs have talked to DJ and probably got his input. They know they are not near contending and probably asked him if he wanted to continue on or be traded with a chance to compete. I don't think they'd cut ties just because he got emotional during a game
Ugh, I'm going to be so pissed if the Spurs end up with a bunch of mid first rounders for DJ. That guy is also a local sports dude in ATL, so it seems like this might actually be on the verge of happening :depressed
