don't know if you've heard or seen about 'Hidden Colors' but its a documentary that goes in depth on black history and it is very enlightening. if you have children, they need to watch this. there is also a part 2 but i will link you to part 1 and if you're interested you will support and buy the dvd's from amazon.

To follow up your message I am holding up just fine. I got an A in my African American studies class (lol having to take that as a diversity requirement) even though I got an 89% because the teacher loved me so much.
