You’re never going to answer my question so just to further demonstrate how retarded you are: 1) I disagree that he “agreed to” the current set of rules. Just like all the other candidates, he’s subject to the set of rules eatablished by the DNC whether or not he likes them. The fact you are...

Once again, is it your contention that Bernie had the ability to completely remove superdelegates from the equation and voluntarily elected not to? Those quotes about this being a ďcontentious showdownĒ only corroborate what I was saying. The Sanders supporters wanted X, the establishment...

Bernie has said countless times that superdelegates shouldn’t exist to begin with. There was no point in formally proposing the elimination of superdelegates when that was never going to happen. The fact Bernie got the DNC, an organization that goes with the status quo as much as it possibly can,...

:lol thatís exactly the comparison I was thinking of...this is the equivalent of Republicans who criticized Obama for passing a weak stimulus package that had very little immediate impact when it was the Republicans who weakened it in the first place.

Are you seriously so dense you donít get the difference between compromising vs. getting what you want? Sanders did what he could to mitigate the effect superdelegates have. Itís not like the party gave him the power to write whatever rules he wanted and it was his sole decision to make it so...

Maybe he does, but that’s different than him changing his stance like Pocahontas is claiming he did. His stance with respect to superdelegates has consistently been that they should go away completely.

He did influence the rules dumbass. Now superdelegates donít cast their vote until all the primaries have happened when 4 years ago they cast their vote simultaneously with the primary in each state. That rule change was because of Bernieís influence. Better question is why are moderate...

Look at the H2H polls though, Bernie is up big on all of them except for Biden. It’s not as simple as then coalescing, they all just fucking suck. I think a more likeable and electable moderate such as Sherrod Brown would be very competitive with Bernie right now. Similar to 4 years ago with...

I don’t see anything from Sanders’ mouth inconsistent with what he’s saying now - he’s always been of the viewpoint that there should be no superdelegates whatsoever. Point me to the specific quote you’re saying is inconsistent with what he’s said this time around.

Right, that’s my point. He’s always wanted to do away with superdelegates. He does now and he did in 2016. I’m not sure how that’s a flip flop or an inconsistency.

This is revisionist history by Warren. Bernie wanted her to run and only entered the race after Warren repeatedly said she wasnít running. She also endorsed Clinton over Sanders so the idea that her not running was for the purpose of opening up a lane for Bernie makes no sense. At the time she...

What makes you think he pivoted in delegates, because Warren said he did? He was going to lose either way but the super delegates hurt him in 2016, they didn’t help him. The rule changes he fought for weakened the impact superdelegates have.

I might have counted Biden out too early tbh....if he wins big in SC (a state that should be irrelevant given that itís never going to go red but a state where heís running away in the polls) it could carry him into Super Tuesday.

I do think though that in the 25-30-20 scenario the party will need to tread lightly. If they have the mindset of “Oh well Bernie didn’t win in a complete landslide so it’s time to screw him and completely ditch his platform!” (which they seem to have) there might not be a full on revolt but a big...

Rather than completely wipe student loans a much more realistic campaign platform would be for Sanders to wipe all accrued interest and eliminate interest payments.

Sup scrah ... at first it looked like it. The House Bill was really gonna neuter the statute and make it more of a traditional SLAPP law by tying protected activity pretty close to first amendment issues. I took a glance at the enrolled version a couple weeks ago and it looked like they rolled those changes back. Arguably, I think the text really isn’t that much different, but I think trial courts are pretty hungover on this shit and will construe the statute narrowly. There was a blue wave of democratic judges on the courts of appeal, so they may limit the statute too since they don’t wanna pour out plaintiffs. So it really depends on what SCOTEX does.

Pretty impressive but about the msj you got granted. You looking to get into this shitstain career field?

We had a case where we got a sanction of over 90k (they sued a guy for filing suit, blatant shit) on this shit and our fees, so the other side ended up shelling out like 135k. For us drafting a 15 page motion. So I'm sad to see this bitch go.

All common sense - prob didn't go far enough since there's some wiggle room with the "based on or in response to" language still being left in. Just hate to see a cash cow that led to all kinds of ridiculous shit go away. I used this shit to fuck with people and it was glorious.
