Regarding rebounding, Nocioni is historically better but last year he didn't rebound nearly as well and was pretty much equal to Maggette in that category. Considering Nocioni played a lot of minutes at power forward, I'd say Maggette had a better rebounding year.
They are both sub par passers. Nocioni has never had more assists than turnovers. Maggette has ... but not consistently. I'd say they are about equal in that category.

The Bulls might be prepared to dump Nocioni for nothing. If Golden State offered to eat his contract, I'm not sure whether or not the Bulls would bite. They need money for Deng and Gordon and it seems like Paxson has started to figure out that having 45 small forwards on the roster wasn't the way to make the playoffs.
