just google any press releases from al gore. that's all you need.
Well I found this one. It is free to use, if you enter the coordinates manually, or you can pay about 35.00 and get all the information via internet authomatically. Anyhow,
I downloaded it and playing with it. It is called The Eyenet. And URL:
