Don't now of any free programs and I'm not a computer programmer so I can't help you there, but if you can get the person to answer a poll on another webste or visit your website then I can find there IP adress. Other than that if you just want the IP adress of a user who posted unless if you are the admin I don't know anyother way. You could try: dnsstuff.com to see if it helps.
Who is the main moderator here, I would like to contact them and see if they will help.
I got PMs and emails from different places that was like one email chain referencing another, then I started noticing that whenever Kill Bill posted, IndaZone always followed with a rational...COULD BE type of post.
I believe they are one and the same, and just out to create a stir....
