looks like jedi knight 3 graphically - piss poor for this day and age. i'm certain genndy would have done a much better job.

So where in the story does this take place?

I believe that is correct.

I would prefer the movie to have actors instead of being animated.
I doubt I will go see it in theaters. I may watch it on dvd.

the clone wars short cartoons on cartoon network by genndy tartakovsky was the best star wars stuff there has been. but yeah, this does not deserve a release.

Story is stupid, how does Anakin have a padawan? He never reached master level.

If it happens between 2 and 3 wasnt Anakin dealing with not getting the respect of the counsel still? I fucking hate what Lucas did with the Star World world. Maybe they should re-do part 1, 2, and 3 with another writer/director.
