Weak.
I call you out for being a hypocrite, and all you've got to come back with is my summertime post count? :lol
You were here to defend Parker's decision when he pulled the same shit. And if memory serves, Parker ended up breaking his finger after the Spurs told him he should stay home. But of course, you defended him.
By your logic, Tony was being just as "selfish" as Manu. Both were asked to stay home after finishing the season with a sore ankle, and both went on to get injured after answering the call of their home country.
Don't be a two-faced dick about it. You're being a hypocrite, and everybody knows it.
Re: Jeff McDonald: Ginobili awaiting 'miracle'
Manu wants to play for his country in the bronze medal game but it doesnt mean he will play. There is huge difference between wanting to play vs. actually playing.
So I suggest the Manu haters here to shut up or eat shit.
Re: Jeff McDonald: Ginobili awaiting 'miracle'
From the sound of it, Manu may only be a cheerleader at best in the game for the bronze. Personally, I don't think he should push it.....just be there to support your team in their bronze medal game.
Re: Jeff McDonald: Ginobili awaiting 'miracle'
I hope for Spurs fans that Ginobili's injury isn't going to sideline him for the rest of his career.
Everyone here saying they should trade him needs to realize he actually has very little trade value right now. Nobody is going to give up quality assets for someone who seems to be injury prone at this stage in his career. You are stuck with Manu, for better or worse.
Re: Jeff McDonald: Ginobili awaiting 'miracle'
Uh as much as that would make you happy, it is not a career ending injury.
Re: Jeff McDonald: Ginobili awaiting 'miracle'
Manu will not play. He stepped out of the game because he felt pain and promised he wouldnt do so under such circumstances. he'll get his medal in the ceremony if ARG wins though :) he deserves it
