Re: Top 10 PG in the league
How good would Paul be if he didn't have Chandler to bail him out when he penetrates? Its the same as Nash, they both have players who can jump insanely high.

Parker 8th???
No way in hell, is is closer to the top 3 than that. And is probably in the top 3, I for once would never take Nash over him, and I'm not that crazy about DW either...

Parker is NOT in the top 5 :lol
Paul
Nash
Williams
Kidd
Davis
Arenas
than probably Parker. you are a huge homer to put Parker over Nash.

Sam Cassell, well.... I love his leadership and clutchness

Rajon Rondo is the 5th best point guard in the NBA?
Really?

Re: Top 10 PG in the league
Tony Parker is not better than Deron Williams or Steve Nash. Personally I put him in more of a scoring PG class, with guys like Baron Davis and Gilbert Arenas. He doesnt have NEAR the PG skills/instincts of Williams, Paul, or Nash.

This is quite possibly the stupidest list I have ever seen.

Let's talk homer, Jason Kidd present over Parker present? Laughable. Incomprehensible. But that's part of being a Mavs fan, it is both mind boggling and funny to watch the lying that they do to themselves, but they do it anyway. godblessum.

After the way Nash and Parker performed against each other's teams these past playoffs, I'm not so sure your argument is that clear-cut anymore.

Re: Top 10 PG in the league
Gilbert Arenas the Best Scorer

Yes. Next.

Re: Top 10 PG in the league
When the hell did Calderon become hot shit?
Any of you putting him higher than 8th need to share a little of whatever you're smoking.
-
Re: Top 10 PG in the league
As for my 2 cents, Jason Kidd may be a more prototypical point guard than Tony, but you'd be hard pressed to find one respectable team that would take 2008 Kidd over 2008 Tony.
Maybe the dumbass Mavericks, but they don't count.

Actually, it's Rondo who is underrated. People know how good Pierce and KG are. There is a reason why when the Jefferson-KG trade went down, Minnesota wanted them to include Rondo, but the Celtics refused. He should have proved his worth last year in the Finals, but still people underrate him.
He's one of the best defending PGs in the league, and he's athletic and smart. After Paul, Billups, Williams, and Parker (not necessarily in that order) I can't think of a PG I'd rather have on my team.
