None of what you posted amount to lies when they could just as easily be explained away by the circumstances surrounding the statements, the time elapsed between the conflicing statements, or the changes in circumstances between when the statement are made.

You dummy lol. Biden isn't lying there. He's trying to state the difference between "partitioning" and federalism. People labeled his legislation as a partition and he's always hated that term. If that clip were longer than 24 seconds you may have gotten a clue instead of making yourself look like an ass.
