No one cares Whottt. If its becoming such a big issue why doesn't the McCain campaign reach out to it? I mean showing that Obama isn't a citizen is probably one thing that could save them right about now yet they won't touch it with a ten foot pole.

Judges hate to have their asses handed to them by higher courts. The precedents that appear to have been set regarding standing of the plaintiffs give the impression that most of these cases are going to be dismissed as quickly as this Washington state case of which you are so thoroughly informed.

because this is in no way clear cut and is a silly technicality. this is a major low down shot in the dark attack McCain would be foolish to touch with a ten foot poll. At one time it didn't mean it wasn't true.

If I'm running for President I have exactly no problem producing my birth certificate...in fact I'm proud to do so. I also consider it an intelligent thing to do as it pertains to winning the election...at least when compared to the likely impact(no matter the scale) of not producing it. If I'm running for President I want the issue resolved immediately to the satisfaction of all.
