Can the Spurs break the Nuggets winning streak?
Discuss.
yes
who is playing for sure
They just said Manu's not going to play tonight. Tim woke up with tightness in his lower back but he's still going to play tonight.
keep manu out againt hornets also
Nazr is playing and spurs won every game with him playing.............
duncan playing?
now they're saying Tim is out tonight too :(
i hate this.......
spurs win by 11 :elephant :elephant :elephant :elephant :elephant
Tim is a scratch...for sure.
Denver was hoping for a litmus test. Now they better hope they just win against the Spurs second unit.
B. Barry misses a 24-foot three-pointer from the right wing
nice barry
tp 4 denver 3
Mass is very physical and active on the boards, tonight. Nice putback off the Rasho miss.
he is playing against kmartin and marcus he better play ball
With the Spurs playing this aggressively, they could be in the bonus soon. Horry taking it strong move on the baseline to draw the Martin foul. Nice.
pop lit into them after the slow start and told them to get agressive
Rasho just got outmuscled by Martin for the O-reb. and slam. :(
Devin bad pass for the fastbreak. This is going to get out of hand.
Nugs play a little D, and Spurs offense sucks.
Spurs shooting 39%, no inside game, and the jumpers aren't falling.
3-4 tp is on fire from the free throw line!
N. Mohammed has been impressive tonight
damn boykins
ok, good hustle, Nazr looks great, he can pick up the garbage all night long.
"3/4" Tony is en route for 30+
gotta pick up the D on their jumpshooters.
:lol :lol :lolQuote:

Another great "Seanism."
"Earl Boykins is like a fire ant in your shoe. Before you know it, the damage is done and he has 20 points."
10:18 DEN - E. Boykins steals the ball from B. Udrih
10:23 SA - N. Mohammed defensive rebound
10:26 DEN - E. Boykins misses shot
10:34 SA - R. Nesterovic enters game for R. Horry
10:40 DEN - E. Boykins steals the ball from B. Udrih
B. Barry dunks the ball
what hit him?
Barry looking good, moving w/o the ball. Beno back in as SG, Beno and Brown handling.
damm barry has 3 assist
defense pickin up, we're gonna womp the fuggin nuggets
Beno pushing a little bit too much
will Duncan play ?
I didn't think we would kill them on the boards this badly. All our bigs are meeting the Nugs aggression in kind, and the Spurs are bigger.
beno=3 turnovers
Rasho with a T!!!
when is the last time he got a t???????????
Sounded like he said:
"Hey your killing me man fuck"
Rasho stuffs KMart's face when he comes in for the dunk. Hilarlious.
damn friggin kobe hit a game winner against bobcats. now i have to listen to talk about how great he is.
that T is what I'm talking about.
Might have been kidding me....
And that was a clean block...
Yeah say it in Serbian next time Rasho!
TP is playing like AI.
Barry jukes Melo out of his shorts.
Bowen automatic from the corner.
Parker with the highlight spin and reverse in heavy traffic.
Go Spurs go....oh and Kobe's the shit....21 points in the 4th Q...even though it was against the Bobcats...we'll take the win.
wow, EVERYBODY is stepping up. great game.
Tony's hang time!!!
Tim and Manu are both in street clothes. No he won't.Quote:

Nazr is impressive. I'd rather have him out there than Horry. Does he play the PF position also?
please update us with the score too please
Spoke too soon.Quote:

tp shoots better then ai
Nazr can play PF also. Getting fantastic position for offensive boards and tips.
Barry looked like he was fouled but they call foul on him instead. Ha! Najera misses both FTs. Parker tries to split Boykins and Najera and TO. :( Boykins fastbreak 3, good. :( :( Tony Tony Tony. Devin misses high baseline jumper. Spurs50-46 at half.
7 Min
2-3
4 PTS
5 REBS
1 STL
2 Fouls
Not bad for Nazr.
I jinxed him
Nazr needs to get less fouls, I didn't see the first one but Pop got a T for it, and I'd like to see someone else like Brent put his hand up after that foul, I know Nazr isn't Tim Duncan but with the way he was playing at that point we could have used him longer....
Barry is making Melo look like a fool, that's why. Barry's just been a little too eager to drive the point home and has gotten caught by the help.Quote:

For those who are not watching the game. The nuggets are pressing full-court and doubling the dribbler, particularly on the sides. They are trying to force hurries and mistakes and they did it a few times with Beno and now TP at the end. They lead the league in steals. TP needed to pass the ball in that situation because Boykins is too low to try to split and short-dribble like that.
Parker and Beno (and the rest of the Spurs) need to calm down a bit. They're getting caught up in the Nuggets frentic style and throwing the ball away, a lot of is unforced. A little better care of the ball and the Spurs would have a solid lead.
Denver isn't going to play consistent defense in the half court, the shots are always going to be there.
Not to say I told you so, BUT Brent is looking much better playing some pick and roll ball tonight/creating for himself than camping out behind the line waiting for the kickout.
PM5K -
Pop didn't take him out due to foul trouble, he's only got two. Wish we would have kept him in there longer. We were dominating the glass with him in, either from him getting rebounds straight up or clearing out someone to give another Spur an easy board.
You better be careful what you wish for because you just might get it. Personally, I would love to make Showbie cry one more time.Quote:

parker has one turnover
beno has 3
devinbrown has 3
spurs have 6 turnovers
their turnovers have been good
Hmmmmm, 1+3+3=6?Quote:

The press and doubles are causing the Spurs to rush. They just need to play under control and poised.
29-16 on the boards is great, though!
WTF is Horry's problem hanging onto the ball?
Nazr seems to be playing better defense tonight.
I would like to see Pop try the four down with Nazr.
I don't think that'd be a very good idea. Nazr has no range and isn't exactly known for his passing.
Robert Horry sucks, almost as much as Brent Barry. I can't believe that Tony Mass is our second leading scorer. Whatever happened to our deep bench? The thing that was supposed to carry us far into the playoff's and to the finals? It's been MIA for a good month now.
WTF? Nazr trying to skywalk the lane then drop-off to Mass.
Just the way it was drawn up, no doubt.
Nazr doing a great job on the boards.
Nazr is playing well. He can pass, or at least it seems like he can.
Now that I've talked about his passing, Nazr makes a great inside pass to Mass for the deuce.
Why do I have a feeling Tony may run out of gas again in the 4th and that we will end up running plays for Barry who will continue to miss his shots?
Yay now all the Spurs have to do is outscore them by 11 this quarter.
:depressed
parker = 3/4 player
I would rather have Nazr in there at crunchtime.
My closeout five would be for tonight.
Rasho
Nazr
Bowen
Barry
Parker
go spurs!
Listening in and Nazr except for fouls seems like playing awesome.
Brown for three!!!!
Devin with a huge 3!!! 73-70
Barry screwed on what should be a clear path foul!
Halfway there
Beno!!
I think you want to say what Beno did....Quote:

I agree, they play pretty well with each one on the court.Quote:

On a more personal note I HATE THAT DAMN DODGE COMMERCIAL.
That is all.
Carmelo Anthony will never be a franchise player, too unidimensional.
I am sure that Sequ would have trade Ginobili for Anthony
Devin is playing tough but I'd rather see Beno or Brent bring the ball up and enter the offense. They have stagnated every time Devin runs the 2-man side screen/roll.
Great inside over the shoulder pass from Nazr to Mass for the reverse layin!!!
Nice pass by Mo!
nazr can pass.....
78-83 Spurs 5 min left
Mass with a foul that leads to two FT's for Martin and a TO on the second possession :(
