You do realize after the 2010 season, the Spurs will only have TP and Duncan under contract...leaving the Spurs open to sign ANYONE they want or can...so the future is still bright. Can't say the same for a franchise who hasnt gotten very far in recent history and has made horrible personnel decisions lately (Harris for Kidd, etc.)Quote:

3-POP has no assistance to coach's to bail him out during timeouts anymore, they have all left to pursue coaching jobs else where. "Really we all questioned his coaching ability yrs back before we drafted TD, TP & Manu. Back in those days all SPURS fans were asking for POP's head... Anyone can coach the SPURS to 50 wins with a healthy roster and 3 allstars....... Coachs in this league a been fired for less.
