Yoni read a blog, regurgitated it here and then asked for everyone to present a theory based on his regurgitated blog.

When presented with theories, he dismissed them without reason.

The president said that 95% of the American public would not see any tax hike, whatsoever. The President said he would only raise taxes on those making $250K or more...then, he dropped it to $231K. Now, it appears he's dropped all pretense, and even those who have no income at all will be paying taxes...although, they'll be doing it with the money taken from me to give them in the form of welfare.

I never had any illusions about taxes going up for everybody. That's was a foregone conclusion for me. What bothers me about it is the tax hikes are unaccompanied by cuts in spending/benefits.

Path of least resistance for a GOP politician...tax cuts and unchanged or increased spending. Path of least resistance for a Democratic politician...tax hikes on the 'rich' and increased spending.

The gravy train is running out of coal for the boiler. SS, medicare and the national debt will require everyone to pay more and get less, a little sooner than we thought.
