Just said something to that effect in his press conference. Pretty cool.

Well, that just shows how low Shaq's IQ is.
I know it's Shaq and he's pretty much a full fat ass faggot, but Tim Duncan's Basketbal IQ >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LeBron's.
Got some stuff from the press conference, but this was the only Duncan reference they printed:

On what he has left: "To me, there's two centers that have done something very special. I'm one and Tim Duncan's the other . . . I'm still the shogun in this league."
let's see. Tim Duncan has a major in Psychology. Lebron has a major in throwing chalk in the air during the pregames.
Shaq just said on an ESPN interview that Tim was the best bigman in the league.
I want Shaq to be our Center next year.
When he was asked about what it's like when one superstar joins another superstar on a team, Shaq said "I never thought of myself as a superstar...".
Then he goes and says he still the Shogan, he's and Tim were the only ones that have done jack this millenium, he's the Big-something... he sure talks about himeself like he thinks he's better than everybody.
And why is him showing up in Cleveland important enough for such a big newsconference anyway? Shaq gets traded every other year now.
He said Mike Brown brought the IQ comparison up to him, and he agreed with him.
This is awesome... shaq must be handicapped. His one gift is basketball, in a close second would be counting matches. Kobe has a high b ball iq, kidd has it, Lebron? I don't think he is there yet.
Shaq is just getting ready to come to SA next year
There was one press conference where James couldn't get out what he was trying to say and finally make reporters laugh by saying "I didn't go to college." I don't know why O'Neal would compare their IQs, unless he meant basketball, and even then I'm not sure if it's a fair comparison just yet.
I think it's genuine..he seems to always have had respect for Timmy..they always joke around and talk on the court the last few years..
He's a lot more entertaining and likable than Kobe..
You don't have an all around game like Lebron's without having a high B-Ball IQ...
Low B-Ball IQ with Lebron's athletic ability would lead to tunnel vision...
K-Mart, Amare, Stromile Swift, Gooden, JR Smith, Josh Smith... Dwight Howard-(but learning)
All loooooooow b-ball Iq's

:lmao:lmao:lmao
Lebron has a high basketball iq, but we are talking about one of the greatest to ever play the game in his twilight. That would be like saying that about Kobe and Jordan when Jordan was still a bull, hell even a wizard.
You guys are reading too much into this..this is what Shaq does when he joins a new team, he talks about how great his teammates are..
if he joined the Spurs, he would talk about how Tony Parker was a better passer than Magic Johnson, with the shooting ability of John Stockton..
for most people, high bball IQ = non-athletic player and quiet guy.
just another cliché.
Howard shouldn't be focusing on anything Shaq says, he should be focusing on adding a post move..just one Dwight, at least one..
OMG
Shaq opened his mouth

Found this on a LeBron blog, King James Gospel.

O’Neal went on about how he knew that James was special when he first saw James play his freshman year at St. Mary/ St. Vincent’s. And even went on to say that Lebron, along with Tim Duncan, is the smartest player in the game. And that he is honored to play with “the great Lebron James”.
You're all fucking idiots
Apparently Mike Brown and Shaq were talking last night, and Brown made reference to L.J. being one of the two most intelligent players in the league.
Shaq admitted he stole the L.J. and T.D. comparison from Brown, but he did agree with him after thinking about it.
Exactly.:tu
It wasn't a coincidence that Shaq referred to Tim being the best big man in the league only after he was asked a question about a certain someone stealing his "Superman" nickname.:lol
